So Friday night after my friends party we ate at I hop. I can't resist there crepes, although it would have been better if we had just not gone at all. I was too stuffed when I got home, exhausted and didn't feel like doing anything except passing out on the bed. Then Saturday came and I did not feel like doing anything again, not even studying. I eventually forced myself to cook dinner, but still have yet to clean the kitchen. This morning I didn't even feel like going to church but I forced myself to just get going. Now I have to motivate myself to get in the kitchen to clean.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It happens to me a a lot! Sometimes, we stopped doing our daily activities, just feeling bored with routine or need some rest with ourselves! So, calm down, have a time with your self, and you gonna be great!

Ah, stuffing yourself on something you love. That was one of my major downfalls before i started the dieting/portion control thing I'm doing now, and lets face it we all do it sometimes. It good that you motivated yourself again. Studing and housework, i know how that is.
