Last night (5/8/13)started 2 supplements: Raspberry Ketones and Garcinia Cambogia before each meal. The GC seems to work right away because I have already had many evacuations and feel much less bloated. Also, no hunger pangs.

Thanks! Same to you. The difference I expect to see with the effects of both rasberry ketones and garciania cambogia should be in the burning of calories/metabolizing since my intake has always been low - from 1200 to 1500 but it seems that I've just taken in more water. Today I felt more compact, less bloated and very satiated. I understand that the garcinia was administered to individuals that didn't c hange anything about their diet. Let's see....
