Fat: 33.28g | Prot: 38.96g | Carb: 174.29g.   Breakfast:  Instant Coffee with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener (Powdered Mix), Kroger Raisin Bran Cereal. Lunch:  Butternut Winter Squash, Corn, Culver's Breaded Chicken Tenders (2 Piece), Low Calorie Lemonade. Dinner:  Birds Eye Steamfresh Lightly Sauced Pasta Penne & Vegetables with Alfredo Sauce, Cupcake Cake without Icing. Snacks/Other:  General Mills Chex Mix Cheddar.
