Did 3 mile walking video yesterday [and will again today...]
Ate well, too!
Am feeling a bit stuffed this morning from chugging my mug of coffee in addition to my relatively small breakfast.
I don't like the way it feels!
Last night at dinner, I ate an appropriate amount and ate slowly... felt very good afterward!
Onward and upward Ho! ;)
