I feel good today! My husband and I took our son to the park and ran around the play grOund with him. Then after that we managed to get in a 3mile walk. Oh, I'm also excited cause I ran a whole 2miles yesterday..:nonstop. I know it may not be much to most peoPle, but it was my 1st time being able to do that.: )
