I ran the whole trail without stopping!!... Sure it's only 1.7miles, but that's 1.7 miles with a bunch of up hill running. Plus I remember a time when I could barely jog the mile, let alone .7 more. Now I just need to keep it up and try running even faster.

That is great progress. Maybe you could start timing yourself or using a free app on your phone to try to beat a certain time.

Definitely! So far fastest I've done is 12min mile.. I use the stop watch thing on my phone.. But if I can find an app for that, it would be a little easier especially if it saves my times.

Check out Noom Cardio Trainer. I used it tonight and I really liked it.
