Big potluck today. I made way too much cauliflower, so probably no fat fast starting tomorrow. But lots of cauliflower to eat. I'll make a faux potato salad for today but probably reserve a lot for doing other things in the next couple of days.

Hope they all like the salad. I put a pkg of stevia on my left overs today and mixed it up, wow, that made a big difference. Will add that to the recipe now, I think it gives it the zing it needed.

I made mine with raspberry wasabi mustard... it was pretty zingy. LOL
