Annnnnd the relatives sent us home with lots of food for our pantry, including more ribs. Ha!
Gluten free isn't going so good as I traveled yesterday and haven't been able to make it out to the big health food store in Independence (KC just doesn't have too many health places, sheez!) But the new store Nature's Own will open soon and hopefully that will make it easier to find such wonders.
