Today was not such a good day for the diet. Dark Knight and a dark day. Points today is a zero. Picked Brianna up from camp, ate on the run, movie theatre junk....the list goes on. Tomorrow is a new day.

I like the attitude of tomorrow being a new day! Sometimes we just seem to get a day that carries us away don't we! I think the way to handle it is exactly what you are doing, just get right back on track again. Im sure thats what thin people do!
