So....I splurged this week and ate WAY more than I should have. On the plus side, one cant be so strict they can't enjoy life and the good times so I just decided to return to the world of spin class. My goal is to go to class 3 times a week but I am going to start with 2 times and work up. What other activity can you do that burns tat many calories i n an hour?!? So cheers to me for continuing to do semi-well on my challenges and I am looking forward to the end of the month when I will do a weigh-in.
