Hunger was horrible over the weekend and was very frustrating. I ate something easter sunday at the resturant that gave me some stomach trouble. I might have more of an issue with wheat/grains than I would like to admit. Was eating Malt-o-meal and oatmeal just about everyday for 3-4 weeks. I decided to try switching to potatos/sweet potatos to see if there is an improvement in hunger. Today seems to be much better as opposed to yesterday. Will continue and see how I feel.
