was really bad...decided i didn't care about dinner tonight, ate junk from a new delivery place in town. Now hopefully tmr i can break out of this funk and stop feeling bad for myself and the fact that the scale has been going up because i can't work out.

You can do it, it's like anything else in life where the bad things are always easier to do and give you please right away but in the long run you wish you hadn't done it. Looking at your history you are doing well you just seem to be in a slight increase right now but you are certainly still better off than you were when you started. Keep it up!
