Trying not to be so hard on myself but its hard when the scale keeps going up and down, up and down. I'm hoping to start back into my workouts next week. Today is the first day in a sneaker with just a little ankle brace on instead of my boot. Let's see how that goes. I'm just frustrated because i'm down net calories every day but the scale is going up... AHHHHH I just don't get it.
144.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
