Been fighting the beast we all know: STRESS. Today I'm nearly spent even before I got to the office. Got home last night at 10:15pm - hopped on treadmill (2mph) and started listening to The Hobbit - audio book. Found myself still on the treadmill 45 minutes later. And nearly so exhausted I nearly fell off the treadmill.

Uncle is in hospital with stroke - Friday. Spent most of afternoon with my cousin in waiting rooms. Saturday - drove to see musical "Wicked" with girlfriends - was an all day trip. Sunday - church, a small break where I stupidly gazed at the tv and worked on getting photos uploaded and edited. Youth group that night. Visited my Aunt (who's husband had the stroke) for two hours that night. Monday - went to hospital after work. Tuesday - went to hospital at lunch and after work. Dropped off package to friend - 15 minutes of a visit. Got home at 10:05pm. And now you are current with my life.

Today I nearly just broke down - my job duties are shifting, but just means that my life is a little wacky right now. I'm planning on going to kickboxing tonight (haven't been in a long while - and really trying to get back into it since I've already paid for 40 sessions!!)

Just having a moment - shoveling food in my mouth. And basically gearing up to tackle my 2nd beast of the week.

People definitely expect more out of me sometimes than I think I can give.....like TODAY! Almost had a breakdown earlier today - just felt terribly overwhelmed. It happens for everyone I'm certain. Just was my day....holding it together and pushing forward knowing the job duty change will be great once all the glitchs are smoothed out....

Sorry to hear that you're so stressed. I hope the stress winds down soon and you have more time to focus on you. When I'm stressed I will start eating junk and not even realize how much I've eaten until the end of the day. The kickboxing might help you kick out some of that stress. I hope you're feeling better soon!!

Wow, you have a lot going on. Don't forget to find some "me" time. Did you go to kickboxing? How did it go?

I always have something going on. It is a rare opportunity when I don't. LOL. I did actually go to kickboxing and had a blast. I will probably be sore tomorrow, but ya know, that's okay. Got some much needed stress relief and slept like a baby last night. :)
