Today was not a good day. I was weighed at the Dr.s office and found out my trusty scale was no less than 5 pounds light. I thought I was doing well, but NOO! So I got a new scale, and went to my favorite pizza place and ordered my favorie pizza. since I'm gaining 5 pounds tomarrow, I figured I may as well enjoy it. I will start over tomarrow.

As long as you don't make yourself feel guilty it will all be okay! Sometimes when you have been eating good all week and you go and eat something you shouldn't sometimes the scale goes the opposite way then you think, I have had that happen more then once! So let's believe the scale will go down regardless of the Pizza you ate! i hope you are doing okay!
