- Started off the morning with a 5:00 am run. Felt awesome! Weighed in as soon as I got up. Lost 2.3 pounds after 5 days of watching what I eat. Aweomer!!
Challange list of 3 goals in journal: 1. To really watch what I am eating by tracking everything I eat.Period 2. Lose weight to get of Cholestrol pill. 3. So I can run faster.
One reason that brought me to this challange: 1. Because I eat too much candy, chip, and pop. And all 3 will save me money in the pocket by not eating useless crap.
