Weighed myself this morning - 88.5kgs - the weight of 90kgs was taken last Friday at the gym so had clothes on. Will weigh myself every Thursday morning now before I go to work to get an accurate measurement.
Had a bit of a blip forgot my lunch so got BK, feel bad about that but I will make sure to walk a bit more to help burn it off...

Don't feel bad about eating out sometimes. Just watch what you order. I ususally get a hamburger and side sald or one of their salads. If I want french fries, I eat a few of my kids. It's nice to be able to eat out and lose.
