Well I just turned 32 and have decided to get back or as near to the figure I had when I was 22. I always have been active (working with horses) but having a desk job for the last six years has seen the weight pile up.
I am taking a lifestyle change approach to weightloss cutting out the take-aways, chocolate, chips etc and trying to exercise at least five days a week at the gym.
Have been going to the gym now for 2 months and already have so much more energy, although the weight isn't really shifting yet...
My goal is 75kgs I think this is the right weight for me to feel good, glad I found this site think its really going to help me....
