Can't believe it was July when I last posted, have been on holiday and finding it very hard to get back into exercising. Luckily I haven't put on any weight but I am certainly not losing it.
I am having a stressful couple of weeks so has been tempting to give into my sweet tooth, I am hoping next week will be a bit calmer and I can start to get back into the gym.

Had a pretty good week so far, kept to my meals although car broke down last night (right beside chip shop) so I had some chips for my dinner! But did go to the gym before hand and worked out quite hard for an hour so hopefully they have cancelled each other out.
Going good today, so far... doing a good session at gym tonight body balance which is like yoga, pilates and tai chi all in one and body combat...
Craving chocolate at the moment, hope it goes soon :-(

Weighed myself this morning - 88.5kgs - the weight of 90kgs was taken last Friday at the gym so had clothes on. Will weigh myself every Thursday morning now before I go to work to get an accurate measurement.
Had a bit of a blip forgot my lunch so got BK, feel bad about that but I will make sure to walk a bit more to help burn it off...

Today is the first day of my SERIOUS weightloss attempt. Never done a journal before so think this will help me stay focused and hopefully look back on with some sense of achievement!
