The six month anniversary of changing how and what I eat approaches. I have a lot to reflect on as I assess my progress and plan for the next month, three months, and beyond. This weekend I will measure and assess. It has been an incredible journey thus far - full of trials and personal victories. I have learned so much about my resolve through the stages pf weight loss, weight gains, and plateaus. I have stumbled, faltered, and then picked myself up and carried forward. I do not think I have ever spent this much time reflecting, journaling, and focusing on me. Fat Secreat and my buddies here have been instrumental along my journey and I am so grateful for everything I have learned here and the support I have received. Thank you.
