Didn't make my morning workout, so I headed to the mall at lunch and made four laps around the interior. Wonder how far it is? Took me half hour.
I checked the mall's website and they have a spot for mall walkers. . .each level is 1/2 mile for one lap, I did 2 laps on each level. 2 miles. Sweet.
