I overate again yesterday and this morning I was laying there with my sodium swelled up fingers, rings too tight and thought why am I even bothering with this diet and exercise thing, who cares, who notices. . .but instead of snuggling in the covers for an extra 45 minutes, I got up and did JM30DS Level 1 Day 9, ate a bowl of cereal (no chips and soda:), and made a plan of what I am going to have for lunch; salad with cheese ranch dressing and some tuna. I'm doing this because I care and I notice. Here's to getting back on track and my head back in this game.

I could have written this journal today! You can do it. Even if you slip in eating you succeeded in keeping up with the workouts and you'll eat better today. I found a quote I loved that said "It takes 4 weeks for you to see your body changing, it takes 8 weeks for friends and family and it takes 12 weeks for the rest of the world.. KEEP GOING!"

Your body may tell you to hit snooze but it's your mind that gets you to get up and push play. Sounds like you are getting your head on straight and'll love the results !

That's awesome!!! I was feeling really lean yesterday morning but the sodium, stress and lack of sleep the last 2 days has my rings off too! No doritos!! Keep on goiing we appreciate all your hard work chickie!

I joined the no soda challenge on here. I know without soda there are no doritos they come together lol. Challenge doesn't start for 3 days, but I'm starting today! I like how we are all in this together, THX buddies!!
