Yay! I walked and ran 2.37 miles, burned 305 calories in 39 mins. Man you feel soooo good after a good workout! Hope everyone is having a great Friday!

Just noticed your weight went down some, that's great! I hope I can lose at least an oz. this week, see there, I don't set goals that are too high ... LOL

Great Job, I'm going to start back exercising today. I want to feel like I am doing all I can to get my weight down. Right now, I am not doing all that I can do.

It's true. Having buddies really keeps you motivated and its very encouraging bc it reminds you that your not the only one struggling!I appreciate everyone here so much :)

Awesome--working out DOES feel so good and it gives us the added help--increases fat burning enzymes after 6 weeks of consistent exersize. It's just too hard to do it all alone. Keep it up!
