Well, this 'planning out your meals the day before' thing is working quite well...I'm not really hungry at all, unless I forget to take lunch on time...I should have been doing this all along, instead of just tracking what I ate and trying to be better the next day!
I won't be able to weigh myself until I get home, but I should be down a few more pounds! But I don't want to count my chickens...
I think part of my problem is that I eat when I get bored, so I need to keep myself busy...so work is fine, just my evenings that need some excitement...or exercise?!? And since I'm back in the office for the next while, I really have to watch myself...
Anyway, that's all I have for today...diet is going well & I'm not hungry, so all is good!
