my first workout tonight was a preset workout. 30 minutes at levels 6-10 with warm up & cool down at levels 3 & 4 and chance to burn up to 200 calories. I DID THE WHOLE 30 MINUTES NON STOP!!, and burned 196 calories

it felt so good, l celebrated by doing 10 more minutes at level 5 & burned 66 more calories....lol!
I am proud of myself.
