Well I was kind of a lazy b*tch yesterday... I was just so tired and sore and bleh... and I really needed to get some grocery shopping done and stuff... so I didn't make it to the gym for a work out... but in exchange for my laziness yesterday I plan to go to the gym straight after work today and if at all possible I hope to get a full work out in... at the very very least a half work out though... we'll just have to see what happens...

I still slept ok last night... I definitely dreamed alot... something about a boat... and there were alot of people from my work in this dream... other then that I don't remember much more... I'm still pretty tired today but I can sleep in tomorrow, oh and how I plan to, hehe.

My mood is stale, it's nothing like it was at the beginning of the week but it's certainly not up to where it should be... I'm sure I'll feel worlds better after I get out of work and get a good work out in... and after I get to Justin's tomorrow and see his smiling face, that will also help alot... I'm definitely looking forward to the band's show tomorrow night...

The site wanted me to way in... I'm holding strong at "155" I plan to crush that "155" tonight into a nice solid "154"... 15 miles and a low calorie count oughtta do the trick... these last 10 pounds are going to be Hell to lose... I can't give up :) gotta make it happen...

I wish there was more time in my day...

Yup, the last 10 ARE hell to lose!! LOL It would probably be easier for me if i had the stamina to do 15 miles in the eliptical... that still baffles my mind, how long does that take you??

I agree.. I HATE the eliptical!!! I'd rather jog for 2 hours on the treadmill than 5 min on that blasted machine!

It takes me about 3 hours to do 15 miles on the elliptical, I average about 5 miles an hour... and let me tell you it's no easy task... I usually can get through the first 11 miles pretty easy... but those last 4 always kill me... I'm usually aching all over and really struggling through them... but when I'm determined to hit the 15 mile mark in a night there's nothing short of breaking my legs that will stop me from reaching that mark... I usually find something to keep me focused like a girl who has the body I dream of having and I keep reminding myself that if I don't hit 15 miles I'll never get to have that... lol I actually prefer the ellipticall over the tredmill... I have equal amounts of hate for the tredmill that DawnRae has for the elliptical lol... I can workout longer, faster, less weight on my knees, & burn more calories on the elliptical... I'll never get on a tredmill again lol

I LOVE the elliptical as well & can't wait to get back in the gym so that I only have to use the treamill for my C25K program training! The treamill is like being sent to hell. The ulitmate punishment for being fat! Lol. Ok maybe not that bad, but it's pretty damn awful. When I last used the eliptical I was doing 70 mins/day averaging ~4.5 miles. The gym has it set so you can only do at most 35 mins at a time, the last 5 mins being the cool down. Pain in the ass! But Rae you totally rock that machine!! 3 hours is a major feat!! I think this weekend will greatly improve your mood & maybe even help the dreams. Hope you have a wonderful weekend!! = )
