What is up with me not controling my munching in the evening!
I gotta stop..cheesh. I worked out tho... I'll get it eventually! :X
At least I measured..right? RRR.
oh by the way..the negative self talk is coming back and it is saying"why can't you do anything right?"

You can do it right!! You have already done it right!!! Do you take a multi vitamin or any supplements? If not I'd reccommend taking a good quality multi vitamin and a chromium supplement to control your blood sugar levels. It would help with the sugar cravings.
