Hooray reached the stone finally, its not been as difficult as i thought it would be, dont feel i have missed out on anything still eat what i want just in smaller portions. I want to lose another 7lb but then that would mean changing whole wardrobe from 12 to 10 mmmmm that is a dilema :-)
