I am starting the Eat Stop Eat or 5:2 Diet from 6pm. I have lost nearly a stone with the previous normal calorie reduction but reached a plateau but it has taught me about portion control etc so hopefully will mean i dont need to keep counting the calories as such on a non fast day - i was becoming a little obsessed.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
