The problem with having a day where you eat what you want is that it can turn it to two days and before you know it a week has gone by and you are wondering what happened. If you really need a treat, pick one day and plan out a treat for yourself. It might be a donut or a big mac. One treat won't derail your whole week, but one day of way too many calories can. Great job on going to Curves every day. If you need a day off from Curves, take it. Go for a walk instead. Keep up the good work.
