18 Days - 8 lbs gone!
I'm staying pretty much within my calories I set for myself, but a few days my fat intake has been a little high because we brought home take out food. Gonna try and stay away from it, so easy on a Saturday Night for everyone in the house to say "YES" because it's easy, but definitely not a healthy choice.
Tomorrow, I'm going to begin my walking at 1/2 hr in the morning after coffee, and 1/2 hr before dinner. I've been doing Yoga to help me get out that door and do it! I'm also going to measure myself, 'YUK' but it needs to be done, so I can really track my progress!
I need to get WW Cookbooks. Can anyone recommend some good ones? I love to use my crock pot instead of the oven as well!
I had my annual blood work done, waiting on the results. I know that it is probably not going to be good news, but at least I will have a baseline to work from (and scare the heck out of me to continue to become healthier).
In regards to a trying to work toward a good night sleep, I bought a new bed, it should arrive by the end of the month! YAY! I also have my follow up dr appt on Thursday, hopefully getting a cpac machine for sleep problems that continue to be unresolved.
