So I have finally registered a loss after almost two weeks of gaining, plateaus and just aggrivation. I have had to refocus myself look at what I was eating and get back to the bare bones of the Atkins. I bought the 2002 version which is the last version of of the real Atkins diet before he passed and some other company took it over and re wrote it. So now I am doing just like it says in the book with no variations and I am starting to lose again. Reading the book and getting specific was the best thing I could have done.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

So glad to hear you are doing well! I did the Atkins diet with his first book too. The first time around! I have it and the newer version. I also purchased his new diet cookbook. It's great. I find interesting things in all three of the books! I've had to re-read things to get brushed up on the things I should and should not do. The plateaus are hard, but when the weight starts comming off, it's usually worth the wait! We can do it! I'm rooting for ya! Thanks for the support today! I wish you the best as well! We will do it one pound at a time!! :)

You are doing great. I keep my copy near me at all times. It really does help us stay focused. Congratulations on getting refocused. Can't wait hear how your weekend went.
