I'M FEELING SOME AWESOME WEIGHTLOSS RESULTS ON THE HORIZON!!!

So day two of this low cal version of Atkins and I really expected to be hungry but I'm not and I acually feel great my calorie intake is some where between 500 and 700 calories and I know that I am losing weight because I can feel it but I am not going to weigh in until Sunday so that I can see the cumulative effect.

I also wanted to post my response to my last journal entry about what I am doing I'll keep you all posted:

Ummm yeah meat and salad and eggs but I tell you if you are creative you can really come up with some good food of course my normal cabbage which I am totally addicted to but last night I made a veggie frittata which was great and today for lunch I had a beef and broccoli stir fry that was to die for and I just finished pan seared pork chops with a mushroom onion glaze and sauteed yellow squash w/ onion and a tossed salad with raspberry viniagrette wishbone spritzer you just have to get your mind around not using cheese and during the day I snack on beef jerkey or deviled eggs.

how about some of those recipies for those of us who are just not inventive? They sound so mouth-watering! Yum. I'd like to make the beef and broccoli, what sauces do I use? and how much broccoli?
