Okay, I'm here. Time to get serious! I am a former WW lifetimer, trying to get back to goal for the 3rd time. that's right. 1st time was before my wedding, 2nd time was after my first child, and now my 2nd child was born in January. I gained too much in both my preg (IMO) and I need serious motivation and support to do this. I have been successful twice before, do I have it in me to lose 19 lbs before my end of summer vacation and hit goal a 3rd time???

Yes, you have it in you. I bet you know the diet so well you can write a book. Well help yourself and help others. I am doing WW for the first time. I am an Atkins disciple. So this is all so new to me. I would appreciate your help. Please!!!!!!

thank you for your reply! sometimes I do feel like I could write a book, or at least do this in my sleep. Really though, this time around it is a mere matter of actually doing it. I have been giving myself excuses for not starting yet. glad to meet you and I'm happy to help in any way. I am sure I have a lot of BTDT tips that I can offer. let me know!

Hey,
I added you as a buddy. I became a first time mom in April, and am nursing my son. I've lost all the baby weight, but now I'm working on the pre-baby weight.
