Whats a girl to do !!!
hi mama, i totally agree with the responses here and i wanted to add one thing (without belaboring the point), that caffeine in chocolate does pass thru milk, so you definitely want to watch that especially at nite. but, i too crave sweets and i am always watching my milk supply since i pump at work. i typically have some small dark chocolate squares or a 100 cal pack of cookies or cupcakes with a big glass of milk at night. i get a treat and it helps me relax at the end of the day. 1 day at 900 cals will not cause your milk to dry up. But if you find you are consistently ending up with so many calories "left over," i would definitely try to increase your dairy/calcium and whole grain intake through the course of the day. hope that helps!

ISO breastfeeding mom buddy
Hi mommas,
I'm looking for a fellow breastfeeding mom on the WW track to buddy up with. I'm a former lifetimer and I've done this once before, but I need extra motivation this time. I don't know if I have it in me. thanks!

Mom of 2, back on the journey
Hi all! I'm new to this site, but I am a former WW lifetimer. This is is my 3rd time making the journey back to goal. I did it 1st before my wedding and again after my first son was born. Now, I have 2 beautiful boys and more baby weight to lose! I am a nursing mom, so I have to tread carefully. But unfortunately, I have been known to use that as an excuse to eat too much Embarassed !

Looking for other mommies and/or nursing mommas as buddies to lend motivation, tips, BTDT, etc. Looking forward to being on this journey with you all! Cool
