I am tired of pretending I am not fat(Sorry, pleasantly plump. I have always been a resolute and get it done woman. My friends and associates know that if I am given a job, I get it done. I have been successful in many areas. But I have an Achilles' heel. It is my weight. I starting gaining a few pounds every year. I refuse to face this weight problem. I would look in the mirror and still see the thin girl of the past. Yes I have been the great pretender. But the mirror is refusing to lie.

So keep drinking the water if

water all the time and I stop.
Now, I am drinking more water.
