I've been trying to be as accurate as possible about entering what I eat into my food diary. What I'd really like to know though, is how many calories I am actually burning per day. I enter my walking when I exercise but that doesn't capture what I do at work. I've taken the plunge and ordered a FitBit. I've been wanting one for a while. This might be helpful in keeping me motivated. Additionally, we are going to Disney here in a little bit and this will help me calculate how much I walk when I'm there. I know there have been different posts about them on this site and I figure for the price of it, it'll be a fun tracking tool. I'm all for it, if it helps me stay motivated and enthused.
