My doctor's appoitnment was exactly what I expected. No magic pill to take that would have the fat melt off. I got the normal lecture of eat less, avoid carbs and exercise more. That's all well and good. But you follow this and still can't enough energy together to exercise when it's all you have just to stay on your feet.

I was lucky enough that they got blood for the lab test today since it's been a few months and this is a new primary doctor.

On a up note, a doctor finally listened to my request to "dig" deeper to see if there is anything else that might be out of balance. With PCOS, the whole balance of chemicals within the body are off and not just a little, a lot. Most doctors get the thyroid in general to level out. That one little glan controls a whole host of other little glans and chemicals. It's a domino affect that the whole system get out of whack. Just putting just one domino peice back in place doesnt help the others still laying flat on the table.








I sent the last lab results to the docotr's office and need to check with a specialist that I see to get the last few pieces the doctor's asked for before we charge ahead. The doctor did say that low levels of vitamin D and iron would decrease energy.

It's sad that women have to almost yell for a doctor to atleast listen to thier thoughts on thier own bodies. I mean who know your body better than anyone else.
