I changed my user image because I want to really 'get' that I'm fat. When I wore that outfit, pix taken in 2010, my self-image was that it made me look thin. lol. I was appalled when they sent it to me. I don't look at pix of myself and I need to to know I am not a size 10. I was the same weight there as when I started this diet - about 185 actually - since then have fluctuated between a low of 168 and 185. Now every time I open this site I will remember why I'm doing this!

You'd be surprised at how many of us have stated in our journals that it was a picture that moved us to change our life style. And if posting this pic adds to your motivation all the better.

OH YEAH....always trying to avoid being in the front of the group picture ! We all have those pictures... you know the ones that are on the bottom of the stack or that you hurry to delete...and it sure is a motivator, even more than the mirror. I wish you good luck......
