There's no entry for a gallon of OJ.

Of course, I didn't keep track of how much I actually drank - but in the past couple days, it's been about there.

Had a quick run in with the flu. That was fun. I'm sick of cough drops and water. If ever there was something to make me want to run back to soda, this is it. Going to be a challenge over the next few days to not. Fortunately I never threw up, just had a fever and felt crummy in general. Watched a lot of movies.

I am now, though, a week behind in Jess's challenge - the Harder, Stronger, Faster, Better, Longer - something challenge. Which I was actually looking forward to and had spent some time last week pondering how I was going to implement it given my current workout schedule. Given that one flight of stairs has me ready to lay down and call it quits, I'm going to wait until I swim Sat morning to start back in and then we'll have a go at it.

Yuck, glad you're feeling better now! Water water water! Maybe try some tea for something different to stay away from the soda? You can resist it!!!! Hope you feel good enough by Sat to start on your workouts again!

Thanks :) I'm feeling much better, but my energy level is still low. At least it'll be easier to improve the longer part of the challenge in future weeks. I had a chai latte yesterday, it felt really great on my throat. There's a pot luck at work today and soda is just sitting there, taunting me. But I'm going to beat it! No soda for this girl. She's 8resolved* :P
