Week 1 down...only 2 lbs lost. It's a little frustrating that the scale is not going in the direction and speed I want it to but it happens. I'm not going to let that detract me from my ultimate goal. Just got to keep on truckin!

I try never to use the word "only" when it comes to weight loss. Two pounds is pretty great. Think of it as 8 sticks of butter. That is how much fat you have taken off our body (although it might also be water too, lol). But every little pound will get your closer to goal. You are doing great and don't have a lot to lose. You will be at goal in no time.
