1 week down 10 more weeks or so to go. Did fairly well this weekend...considering the fact that most other weekends I tend to sabotage myself and gain all the weight that I lost during the week back. Made better choices than I usually do but still bad all in all considering that I went out to eat all weekend rather than cooking. I think I'm still on track. Super motivated.
