Did great on calories yesterday and exercise. Went to town and walked around instead of getting in the car. Over 10,000 steps yesterday on my pedometer. I do get frustrated that the weight comes off so slowly but the good news is my pants are fitting better. I better start saving for a new wardrobe-all I have is "heavy" clothes. Maybe after I get down to 200, I will treat myself. Keep at it Calorie Counters. We can do it.
