Yesterday tried one of the bike programs-20 minutes but a tough one with increased resistance. This morning off to a board meeting. Will get on the bike this afternoon. Snowy and cold outside. Increasing my water intake. Hope it helps. The diet pepsi I brought home last Wednesday is still sitting on the counter untouched. That is very good for me. And I stayed below my 1800 calories yesterday. Boy last night I really wanted to snack and I didn't. Hopefully more days of will power will make it easier.
