Yikes i am on the hairy edge of a binge. 41 calories over my limit...been picking at a snack here a snack there. That's playing with fire. I am stopping NOW.

Hi Liv...yup, I logged everything. I don't think I messed up too badly. Good on carbs, over about 60 on calories.

Hmm you could burn it off with a walk around the block if you feel that bad about it.

Hi Liv...i got hit by a car 5 months ago and still rehabbing. I can walk about 500ft. Its really difficult. That's why the calorie part is so important...i can't exercise much. 😔

You are doing a really good thing doing Intermittent Fasting and Keto. You don't need to exercise to lose weight.
