Ok so I’ve fallen off the wagon big time!! I started my weight loss journey in 2015 while I was in nursing school, did great loss 50 something lbs. I had failed my license exam ( NCLEX) one year later and got depressed so I said screw counting calories and put every lbs and then some back on. Started working as a Nurse last year and just because I was making money I would eat whatever the rest of my coworkers would agree on.. January of this year I said NO MORE!!! Everything I eat I literally wear lol.. I’ve come back here a month ago to take back control of my health and life... no more careless eating, I’m back counting calories and feeling great I’ve totally given up soda and fast food, more fruits and veggies.. salmon and healthier choices 🎉.. to be continued!
