Have also started doing running on the elliptical since my knees are making it farther. Did 4.4 miles yesterday, did 4.7 today...hope by friday to hit 5 miles then do 5 miles a few days a week
142.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
