I've done tons of circuit training! Would love to find a gym with a pre-set up training cucuit like my old gym from the last town I lived in..... I hate the gyms around here, feel like they are all geared to the meat market.
You have to look around...if you have a Curves or a womens gym (sometimes they are smaller) they usually have them...
I don't have them near me but did a few sessions with a trainer who went through and helped me set up circuits to focus different areas...now I use them when I go to the gym since most gyms have the same types of machines near each other in groups

Why Are you Starving
Ok so I have been reading through Forums (as I am apparently bored today)...and everyone keeps talking about being STARVING on their diets....
So seeing as how I am not starving on mine, I want to know why do a diet that makes you hungry all the time? Is it the misconception that eating less or eating nothing makes you lose weight? (because seriously if you dont eat you wont lose fat you will lose muscle)...
So those of you putting up with starving please enlighten me...WHY???

The Belly Fat Cure
mrs88 I agree, I dont drink the physillium husks either...*shivers* but I did find that the vitaminwater Zeros are a nice drink that i can add some flavor (as i hate drinking just water all the time).
K8yk...I think the title is a bit off as in you can't necessarily target it, that being said, if you look at when you eat high carbs and high sugars those types of calories make you gain weight around the middle. So although you can't target the loss, the diet will help you lose it by not adding to it and changing your lifestyle so you can eat and prevent further weight gain there (at least thats my theory).
I like it becuase I gave the book to my boyfriend (who naturally doesnt need to diet) and told him to pick dinners he would like from the recipes, then i planned those out and make the rest of my daily meals based around those and its worked out great! The accessibility of Jorge I think is great also...via facebook or twitter or even email you can ask him questions and you will hear back, like you can swap out the proteins since i dont eat red meat, i can sub in chicken or turkey or pork with no change to the counts.

The Belly Fat Cure
Been top of New York times for like 17 weeks now or something, has phenomenal recipes, works on portion size, low sugar and lower carb diets, but gives you recipes for what you want, this week I had a burger, pizza and ribs for dinners...and have lost 6 pounds in a week...some of the stuff is hard to find so you find similar brands but once you learn the fundamentals you can calculate what the meals you made are...AND Jorge (the author) is totally accessible via email and facebook I got an answer the next day.
