Ok so I was really bad last week and ate things I shouldnt have but had a rough week, only put on a pound but the type of "personal female" week it was thats not bad. Back on it fast and strong today, going to make sure I am going to the gym as well and running each day. Did 4 miles today so I would like to get to a point that I can do 5 a day...still not to the point I can do it on a treadmill after the knee surgeries but getting there. Even though I gained a few pounds back I didnt gain the inch back so that is good its probably water weight :)
