Really good day with calories yesterday, but seem to have hit a plateau with the weight loss.... will have to kick it up into high gear with my workouts and see if that helps

It's okay to drop your calorie intake by 100 or so in order to get past a rut. When your body gets used to one thing, you have to mix it up. Then again...this is what I've found works for me. There are other people on this same forum who will tell you to take a really high calorie day in order to throw off your system. :) Congrats! You're half way there!!!

Thanks! It's coming off again, slowly but the slower it comes off the easier to keep off hopefully.
